About the event
Breath practice is inherently powerful.
It allows for the soothing of the mind and emotional experience. Eventually, it leads us to stillness, from which we can choose decisive actions through our inherent autonomy. Learning to harness this subtle power unlocks much of the yoga practice that often lies untouched. The biggest obstacle to this experience is the capacity to embody. Paradoxically, we find the steadiness through movement.
In this series we will work through essentialized movement to embody the practice of a steady, comfortable seat. These classes are designed to offer techniques and concepts to empower you to formulate your personal practice.
